Only performers who have signed up online, can join the ensemble in Potters Fields Park on Make Music Day, Friday 21 June 2024.
This beautiful venue is between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, on the south side of the River Thames.
Our exact performance location in the park will be sent to you by email and updated here soon.

6.15pm - register and collect music
6.30 - 7.15pm - performance
7.15 - 7.30pm - break
7.30 - 8.15pm - performance
Performance programme:
You will be sent this by email with a specific link to the music for your instrument or voice part.

We will provide:
A chair
Only if you asked for it to be printed, your sheet music
We will not be printing extra copies if you said you would bring your own!
Essential to bring with you:
Music stand (not required for choir)
Pegs to secure your sheet music
Suitable clothes (check the weather - we will be outside!)
Sun protection if required (sun cream, hat etc.)
Instrument or singing voice
What happens if it rains?
We do not have any roof cover at our performance location.
We may have to cancel in really severe wet and windy weather, or of course a heatwave!
If this is likely, a warning email will be sent to participants the day before, followed by a final decision message by 9am on the day.
